I’m particular about colors matching what’s shown online, and this one was way off from the photos. I was really disappointed because it wasn’t the shade I expected at all.

I really wanted to like this, but the darker shade options are limited. I was getting ready by the bathroom window in the morning and realized none of them really matched me the way I hoped. It feels like they need to add a lot more range for deeper skin tones...

I used it consistently for two weeks and, to be fair, I know results can vary from person to person. But in my case, I didn’t notice any change at all.

The box showed up really crushed, and it was actually leaking when I got it. Disappointing, honestly

I don’t know, maybe it was just my phone, but the site was frustrating to use. Pages were loading slowly, the filters kept resetting on me, and checkout felt a bit clunky. I tried twice and just gave up...

I tried this out hoping it would work for me, but after using it twice my face got itchy and a little red. It might just be my skin being sensitive, but the whole routine felt like too many steps for something that ended up irritating me. I won’t be buying it again.

It was okay overall. The quality is decent, and some of the items were actually nice, but then a few others just felt a little cheap. I don’t know, I expected a bit more, but it’s not terrible either. Kind of a mixed bag

I tried ordering from shinecosmetics.com, but pretty much every shade and product I wanted was out of stock. I even checked back a few days later thinking maybe I just caught it at a bad time, but it was still the same. The products look nice, so I get why they might sell out, but it’s still frustrating when you spend time browsing and can’t actually buy anything. I guess I’ll try again another time, but for now it felt like a bit of a waste

I ordered a few things from shinecosmetics.com, but one of the shades looked completely different from the photo online. I figured returning it would be simple, but it ended up being slow and confusing. I had to email them more than once, and by the time the refund finally came through, I was feeling mentally drained from the whole back-and-forth. They did refund me in the end, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience. I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

To be fair, I didn’t have any major issue with it, but the ingredients list made me feel a little unsure. I just didn’t feel totally comfortable or safe using it.

I ordered from shinecosmetics.com and the first thing I noticed was the smell. It was so strong, kind of like heavy perfume mixed with chemicals, and it put me off right away.
I still tried using it, hoping it would fade, but the scent stuck around on my face and hands for ages. After a while it gave me a headache, and I felt a bit ignored as a customer because not everyone wants products that are that heavily scented.
Maybe some people enjoy strong fragrances, but it’s really not for me. I wouldn’t buy again unless they offered an unscented version or at least made the smell way less overpowering.

I ordered four things from Shine Cosmetics, but only two of them were actually right. One of the lipsticks was a completely different shade, and they also included a powder I never chose.

Shipping was fine and didn’t take forever, but it was frustrating opening the box and realizing the order was off. I even checked my order email and receipt, and everything was correct on my end.

Customer service did get back to me after a few days, but now it’s just extra back-and-forth to fix something that shouldn’t have happened. It’s not the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected the order to be more accurate

I liked how the lipstick looked when I first put it on, but after wearing it for about an hour, it had already faded a lot. I wasn’t even eating much, so I kept having to reapply throughout the day. For the price, I expected it to last longer. Disappointing overall...

For some reason, I was expecting it to feel a lot nicer than it did. It just came off kind of cheap to me, and for the price, I don’t really think it’s worth it.
